Stopped by an app's face check? Three things to do

Use the review route straight away. Just Eat says a paused account comes with a link to a reconsideration form. Fill it in the same day, and screenshot the email and what you sent.

Keep a record of the time you were offline. Note when the check failed and when you were back on. If it happens again, that record is your evidence.

Ask what the company holds about you. You can ask any company for the personal data it holds on you, which includes your check results. Put the request in writing.
