If you keep predictions, at work or for yourself
Say what would prove you wrong, before you find out. If you cannot name it, it is an opinion.
Put a real date on it. A date that waits on somebody else is not a date.
Never write down something that has already been announced.
Mark it on a different day, or get somebody else to mark it.
Watch for "may", "could" and "as a priority". Those are the words that save you.
